I'm currently trying to do the results page, but I just realized, that I'm actually really confused about how to design the results page. How are we going to display the results?
Well, I'm not sure what everyone else had in mind, but here's what I was picturing:
After the screen says game over, it brings you to the score page, and it shows you what your percentage was. 100% being best, 0 being worst, ect.
Then, there is a button that says something like "Find out why you received this score" And you click and it brings you to the results page.
There, you just see the questions you picked wrong, and display the what should have been the right answer and why. Maybe like this-
Q: I have a cat named Sugar, do you have any pets?
You picked: No, I hate animals.
Best answer: To be honest I'm not much of an animal person, but your cat sounds cute.
Reason: Even if you don't like animals, this is the best response because you're being polite about your dislike of them and there is little risk for offending her, for she obviously does like animals.
So I just realized....we need to write the responses for all those questions. KYLE! Can you email me the questions so I can do that? It shouldn't take me long. We only need responses for the good questions.
I just read over this and think that the percentage and game over parts are not essential. If we just have a review of some (3-5) of the worst questions then we will have a more focused game overall. If we have all their mistakes displayed then there could be an information overload.
Titling the screen "Suggestions for Improvement" I think would help too. Sorry bout my lack of input over the break, it looks like you guys made some impressive progress!
Well I think we need something signaling the end of the game. It would be weird if you're playing and then suddenly it switches to a screen talking about what you did wrong. You need that game over flag. Also, I thought that we had to have a score somewhere. Isn't that part of what makes it a game?

I can make something that incorporates both. We can always change it later
